1. Checked out everything that you said you have done.  
2. Needed to get info. on Industry Certifications.  If you did not pass the first time you can work o it as long as I get it by Monday.
3. If you want professional development points do the following: Write up what you would do differently with our blended learning approach.  Give me good suggestions.  Most will get 5points.  Do a really good job and get up to 10 points. Drop it as 5-Last Name-FIX
